Used to be my favorite game but can’t get over their inconsistency when it comes to redemptions and customer service. I have cashed out multiple times: $5, $20, $40, $10.. all less than $100. Received those redemptions via my PayPal account within hours.. sometimes less than an hour. My most recent redemption, which was larger(but less than $1k) .. I am still waiting on.. going on 24 hours now. I reach out to customer service … they give some generic answer about manually verifying each payout for players security blah blah blah and it can take up to 3 days to receive my payout. Reach out to customer service via email multiple times, no response. I have used this SAME payout method MULTIPLE times and receive my $$ within hours .. but a somewhat larger payout I have to wait days. This payout method is verified, my identity is verified.. why the wait?? Other than they just want to hold on to my money. It’s not like I’m making any money for real.. I am honestly just breaking even MAYBE. Hopefully in a few days I get my money but at this point not counting on it.. what a shame.

I never write game reviews. I took the time to rate this game 5 stars and submit a review because they are not a fake game!!! sInitially I was reluctant to download this game because of all the negative reviews, but I gave it a try. I won a little over $25 and when I tried to redeem the winnings, my ID verification failed, even though I submitted my DL and selfie. I was upset because i told myself, this is another fake game where it does not let you cash. However after a week, I contacted them by email and insisted that my issue be taken care of. Within 2 days my identity was verified and in 24 hours I received my winnings in my PayPal account. Since then I have cashed out 3 times, and my latest cash out was a little over $150. I will give 5 stars to this game and 5 stars to their customer service!!

So to be completely honest, I’ve been playing with this app for almost a month now. Nothing but great things. Fast payouts. Fast verifications. The fees are a little high but so be it. Fair gaming. That is until I tried to withdraw today. I made a withdraw and decided I was gaming a little too much and asked what options I had to take a break. My withdrawal was then rejected they stated it was my bank who I contacted and they said they never even received a deposit. So I tried to withdraw to PayPal and got a message my account was frozen. The customer service agent then told me I had to be unfrozen to attempt another withdrawal. So I did and now I’m in this limbo of having $1000 stuck in my account. They have zero issues taking my money but now that’s it’s time for me to withdraw and take a break all issues. It’s really disappointing because I truly enjoyed this app so far and for them to be upset I’m taking a break and freeze my account is unacceptable.
