Since the update, I can’t check to see if I’ve logged the prayers I’ve done, and check the appropriate boxes, the new “goals” area won’t log that I’ve done any of my prayers, the menstrual toggle comes on by itself, and the overall app is hard to navigate now. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and tried to log into my old profile and account and it was deleted permanently. I had to make a new one. I’ve paid to have this app and now it seems I’ve wasted my money, and now my time. I’ve emailed support with the issues I’m having a week ago and have yet to hear a response. I’ll probably be deleting this app and looking for more user friendly app, and one that isn’t so buggy. I wish I could give this more stars, but throughout the years of me having this app the updates have made is increasingly frustrating to have on my phone.

Salam! This app is overall amazing. I love the features. Features such as the prayer tracker, gallery, Quran, community and qibla. These are so helpful and useful and are just spectacular. But there are a few issues with the prayer tracker. It works amazing and it pleasing to the eye but there are some problems and inconveniences. For starters, the punctuality badges do not work. When you go to the prayer tracker for the day and scroll down, you can see it always deletes the data from 5 days before. So it never shows a full week, even if you had been praying, because the last 2-3 days are always being deleted. The punctuality badges aren’t unlocked because of this. Once you fix this, there is still a major problem for the sisters. As you know, we are excused from praying for a week every a month. That means most of us never pray more than 3 weeks in a row. We can never get to or past the one month badge. There should be a way we can mark that we are excused. Or maybe a way for a period tracking app, such as Flo or Clue, to be connected to this app. The badges are just badges and are not that important but they are still helpful and motivational. I’m using it for awhile, enjoying the free services they are offering. I don’t complain about ads they have to make profit. This Quran, you can’t interrupted for any reason. It started for awhile now to interrupt the recitation and let you go out of the app to start it again so you see ads, at this point you lose the track of your recitation listening and forget what verse you are in. So annoying. Are you doing this for ager or profit? Update: I received your response, jazaak Allah Khair for that. You may have not understood my concern. While the recitation the app freezes and shots of. So when I go back to the app I find it restarting, then I have to go through ads before I go back to my surah and aya I was in. Then after 10 or 20 ayas, it does the same thing, kick my out from the app. I notice that happens when I read and listening at the same time. But when I’m just listening for example in the car and the app is not showing in the screen it doesn’t stop the reading. It’s something has to do with recitation and app is on the screen. I hope I was clear this time. Update: You need to be accurate about Qibla direction. I was in Mecca and I wanted to check the accuracy of you Qibla direction. And I shocked because the direction is completely off. Literally your Qibla direction in the opposite direction of the real Qibla. So outrageous because I was following your direction for many years.
