I’ve always loved using this app since i got it around 2 years ago. I use it for all my trips when biking and traveling but suddenly after filling out my iPhone storage around ealier this month and clearing it back up, the app quite literally wont let me open it anymore. I have around 75,000 miles on it that I’ve tracked and know the app doesnt store data locally, so I dont want to delete it and reinstall it to lose my data and maybe still even have the same problem. When I click on the app it stays on the logo screen for about 10 seconds and crashes: so it sends me back to my home screen and repeats the process if I try again. Ive already powered off and restarted my phone to see if that fixes it, and am also on the latest update version of the app, and nothing. If this is a common bug other people are experiencing please fix it though. 🙏

I have down loaded this app, today. And I was watching my mother’s speed reading from the back seat, and she was coming to an area the speed limit is 25 mph. I reminded my mother to slow down, because you will never know if there’s HPD doing speeding check points. So far, I compared this speedometer reading to my mother’s dashboard speed reading is very accurate. I am knew to this app. I was looking if this app had a reading that the driver was going over the speed limit with a maps and street names. I noticed that the top left white button has a recording on this app, which is good. Unfortunately, I could not see if it had recorded of mph while driving on the streets.

I have used this app for 3 years with no issues. I’m an avid traveler and love tracking flights, road trips, and multi-day excursions to see what routes I took and where I’ve been around the world. However, my iPhone that I use to track all my travels auto-updated today, and the app won’t even load!! I put so much work into documenting my adventures and feel genuinely shocked and upset that an app can just delete your data like this. Please fix this ASAP, thank goodness I turned off auto updates on my main phone and avoided losing 3 YEARS of precious data!! This was probably my favorite app I’ve ever had, but if I have to lose my entire collection I will NEVER come back. Update: I don’t know how this happened, but my second iPhone I used to track road trips also just auto updated even though auto updates were off! We really need you to at least let us pay a fee to restore functionality, if I have to lose my main collection of 120,000 miles on my final remaining version, I will absolutely be switching apps! Please fix this!!
