Hello Snapchat! I have two suggestions for you to consider. If you would get back to me, that would be greatly appreciated. But I understand how busy your company is. So my first suggestion is whenever somebody posts on their story. I always feel the need to like text them and say, “Looks fun!” Or if its like a vacation post say “woah” etc. Do you think adding a comment or like button for stories? Maybe you can have a feature where you could turn it off and keep it on, for people who don’t desire to have it. My second suggestion is I would really love for me to be able to pick up my best friends list because it would be really nice to have like my most important people like on it instead of like just the people that I snap the most. Because it also could be like how fast they answer me. I’m sure you’ve gotten this request but like I have this random girl on my best friends list, and like I would rather have one of my good friends. I use Snapchat on a daily basis and I am pleased with the different filters and fonts that are available. The app runs smoothly and one of my most adored aesthetic features is when the ghost rockets upwards when the screen is refreshed. The only reason I am not giving this application 5 stars is because of the problems I have had when using the AI. The AI has been helpful when it comes to my questions about music theory and my guitar effects pedalboard. I have given the guitar effects that I own in great detail and the AI has made wonderful suggestions on how I can get a better guitar tone with my equipment. The problem is when I ask it about information I have given in the past. This results in me having to repeat the equipment I own again and again. It doesn’t remember what guitar pedals I have nor the guitars in my collection. I have given this information many times but it keeps forgetting. The other problem is when I ask about something historical. I asked if it knew the name of the man in the famous photo that shows himself getting shot in the chest with a cannonball. The AI said that this was not real and was in fact a publicity stunt. I did a quick Google search and found the mans name and that he actually did that activity regularly. The AI got several other questions wrong about this man. This needs to be fixed. Otherwise I enjoy using this application.

This is my first time writing a review for a app, so i’m just trying it out and hoping Snapchat takes this suggestions. So this app is pretty good, you can add multiple friends, use funny filters and etc. It’s a great talking app, and it’s something I use in my everyday life, talking to friends and keeping up my streaks. I’ve seen the new updates like Snap+ which i think is cool but not necessary, though I do like having it. Something that popped into my mind though is them maybe being able to have a button that can clear all saved messages (bc you can save things into chat and it won’t get deleted after 24 hr) instead of going through the chat and unclicking all of them. I think this is useful for someone who wants to start a fresh chat or doesn’t want to have past convos on there.(Ex: Their past convos w their ex that they still have added or smth and they are too lazy to go through months worth of convos). I think this would be a cool feature since I honestly don’t want to go through all the trouble. I know they added a button that can automatically save all chats so why not have one that does the opposite you know? But other then that, i think that’s it. Irs a pretty cool app and even though some people might have trouble with it, i like it as long as you’re careful not to add creeps and stuff
