Automatic Subscription Instructions:
1. Service name: Cyclic 15 day, use 1 month(1 month);R-cycle 30 day,service 6 month(6 months);R-cycle 30 day, service 1 year(1 year)
2. Price: continuous package for 1 month product is $3.99, continuous package for 6 months product is $28.99, continuous package for 1 year product is $29.99
3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone “Settings”–>Enter “iTunes Store & App Store”–>Click “Apple ID”, select “View Apple ID”, enter the “Account Settings” page, click “Subscribe”, select “Aiwit” to cancel the subscription. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

user_data_and_privacymonetizationI just purchased this item and received it the same day. Instructions and set up very easy to understand and execute installation was a breeze. Only thing I would recommend is make sure you have a drill. Camera works extremely well senses all type of motion, including the trees blowing. I can see the entire front view of my house and house the house across from me . make sure you go in and set your features up to your likings, but they all work as promised . One thing I will say be prepared to purchase a cloud subscription, but you have your choice of subscriptions ranking from low to high in price value. I am very very pleased with this item and only spent $16 on and I’m getting the same high-quality that I would’ve gotten from a camera that might’ve cost $200 if not better I can see clearly at night as if it was daytime through my camera. It takes exceptional videos records saves you can share. This item is incredible. I absolutely recommended for anyone who needs some extra security at their house just to feel safe.

feature_requestsdesigncontentOverall these are good cameras super easy to setup….however wish list —-pause feature sometimes it would be nice to place the camera or cameras on pause, they stop on their own once they reach a 100 plus clips—most annoying as my Rokus will just keep rolling into the 1000 plus, so with these have to keep cleaning up videos so they don’t shut off, don’t automatically allow a side view when you turn your phone—you have to click on the icon-annoying, would prefer some type of bundling price option for the Cloud or no cloud at all since we don’t save videos…the option to delete all instead of scrolling to select would be useful..Thanks MORE Observations: I delete all videos almost daily yet I open the calendar and see videos listed for days back that were. It there before-super frustrating! And the cameras don’t allow you to watch-monitor without recording so you can only watch to the limit of the video timer—again frustrating-we use them for our chicken coop and would like to watch them for long periods of time but this isn’t an option Why don’t the cameras capture continuous movement—it is like snippets once again frustrating!

performance_and_bugsserviceloginoffline_functionalitymonetizationThe camera is not bad at all. Good quality and works fine. I wasn’t very lucky with my camera though. I bought it in January/2023. The wifi suddenly stopped working and I couldn’t have access to my camera anymore. As I paid for the store for the year, I bought a new one exactly the same. The new one connected to the wifi and works perfectly, but I am not being able to use my subscription. I don’t understand why, if I am using the same login and password as I was using with the old camera, and the subscription is valid until February/2024. I tried to contact the customer service to get some help. They take hours to answer, sometimes even a day, and when day answer, they keep saying that I have to give them the ID of the old camera, and I am trying to explain that there’s no way for me to get the ID of the old camera because it’s broken. Since that suddenly disconnected from the WIFI, I have no access at all. And then after hours and hours, they answer with the same argument “we need the ID of your old camera”. I am very frustrated and furious, because I paid for the year, the camera stopped working by itself, and even buying the exact same camera, I cannot use my storage cloud, and the customer support doesn’t seem to care to help.
