Nice app, fun way to pass the time. However I noticed there's some algorithm here that keeps you from going on a streak for too long. You play for a certain amount of time, rack a good winning streak, then suddenly players with only one or two games show up and play waaayyyy too well for a newbie. I'd believe it if it happened once in a while, but it's all the time. They don't respond to messages, and play perfect. Nope, I'm guessing the game comes up with a fake player to stop the streak.

For example, you might have two pieces and they have one, but one of your pieces needs to go to the other end of the board to become a king and then return to force the win. It's a guaranteed win but it takes more than 20 moves so they can request for a draw and even if you decline, it forces a draw because you can't do it in less than 20 moves. Also, if you turn the music/sound effects off, but then go to play offline, it auto turns the sound effects back on.

sound_and_musicperformance_and_bugsoffline_functionalityGood app, just one small complaint - there appears to be a bug with the sound, if you switch off sound effects in the settings it will turn off the background music in the app. However, if you then navigate to the vs computer play, the music starts up again. Basically there's no way to play offline without that music playing in the background. I like to play checkers while I watch YouTube or listen to podcasts at the same time so this is a little annoying to me. But other than that it's great!
