My university has used three different bus tracking apps during the time i've been a student and this is BY FAR the worst one. Does the basic function of tracking buses on routes but every other feature either doesn't work half the time, is a total pain to set up, or both. Easily the ugliest and worst UI I've ever used on an iPhone app. Navigating the settings makes no sense at all and doesn't even have a back button! If you open a settings menu you have to restart the app to go back! Not to mention you need to select your bus system and route every single time you open the app, rather than saving the one you use every day. Some UI features end up hidden because the developer doesn't know what phone screens look like after seemingly releasing updates for years. Bus stop notifications are completely useless and hidden behind confusing menus meanwhile messages almost always has no function and gets an entire button on the map page. I could go on forever about the things this app does poorly. If any agencies out there are looking for a tracking app to use for their transportation system, I am BEGGING you NOT to choose this one!

My university switched to this godforsaken app from a decent one (not a good one, they can’t pick a good one to save their lives) but this app is so much worse on every level. Here’s how: - it will not remember your preferred routes. Each time you open the app it defaults to the first ONE on the top of the list. Useless favorites feature - the UI is the most confusing and awful thing to work with. Buttons are small or not even real buttons at all, if they are they don’t actually do anything. - favorites cannot be accessed easily, even if you favorite a stop you cannot favorite a route so you have to scroll through 20+ routes each time to find the ones relevant to you and if you’re at a location in which you’re not sure as to which routes stop nearby, you have to turn on ALL of them to find one. The local stops are not shown with associated routes. - the app itself is laggy and has crashed on me (new iPhone 12+) - the time shown for the arrivals are comedic at best, completely worthless at their worst. - (not sure if this is a fault of the university or the app) all 3 of my campuses bus hubs are shown with one stop despite the three stops housing routes that go in OPPOSITE directions so when tapping on the one stop provided you see EVERY route AND every secondary and sometimes tertiary bus on that route. Impossible to find a bus back home sometimes.

Genuinely it’s just not good. Every few seconds it spontaneously zooms out if you zoom into a bus stop, no clue why it does that but it’s annoying. The times are never actually depicting the time the busses show up. An example you may ask.. Every time you look for a bus you say “oh great there’s a bus coming,” WRONG, the bus showed up 5 min ago (ahead of schedule) and you’re just standing there like an idiot. Another example? I gotchu. On the app when you are looking for at your bus stop, it tells you the busses that are coming to that said stop, 50% of the time instead of getting rid of the bus on that list when it shows up, it just stays there, the time it then says on the app of the bus arrival is now in the past if that even makes sense, the time shown will say 5:30 and it will be 5:40 and will still be there saying the bus is arriving at 5:30. App is buggy and I’ve just gotten very agitated with it after a semester of trying to use it, hope everyone has a good day
