This is a scam VPN. When I used it during the trial period, everything was great. But after I paid for a one-year subscription, I didn’t get any access. And now I can’t even contact their customer support — all outgoing emails are blocked on their side. They’re using MXroute for that. Even scammers don’t act like this. Now I have to contact Google to request a refund for this scam service. I wish I could attach pictures as proof, but unfortunately this option doesn’t exist here.

I bought one year subscription after one month has expired and paid by Iranian bank card. After that, on the other phone Google pay auto extended the one month subscription automatically by paying through Google Pay ( Turkish bank card ) Subscription period dropped from one year to one month. How to correct this situation and cancel the extra payment on Google Pay ?
