I really appreciate getting a lifetime app that I can enjoy and not have to worry about weekly , monthly, or year payments. I am sure when people realizes this, you will have tons of new downloads. Being old and on a strict budget you have made my day! I am able to figure out how to do this, but I just need to take better pictures. Also showing what type of photos work well is such a big help. Thank you hoping to see more Holiday props in near future, hint , hint.. Update!,, tried using this the next day and it kept crashing, and never finished my picture, so I deleted it and put it back on and tried again and wanted to do a Ai photo, but it wanted me to paid for it. I have lifetime pro that I paid for , and now it is totally worthless! Refund please.. this is not what I wanted. I got it so it would work and would not have to worry about future payments

This seems to be created for collecting your data! To even try one photo you have to not only pay, but then sign away all of your privacy: “Hi. Kindly provide RefaceAl Limited (d/b/a Revive) with permission to collect your biometric data (facial data) contained in your photos by clicking "I've read and agree with the above".” And “We may collect certain information automatically when you use our Services, such as your Internet protocol (IP) address, user settings, MAC address, cookie identifiers, mobile carrier, mobile advertising and other unique identifiers, browser or device information, location information (including approximate location derived from IP address), Internet service provider, and metadata about the content you provide which can provide details such as the location of where a picture was taken. We may also automatically collect information regarding your use of our Services, such as pages that you visit before, during and after using our Services, information about the links you click, the types of content you interact with, the frequency and duration of your activities, your history of using the app history, and other information about how you use our Services.” And more. There is no just reason why they need any of these things in order to process a photo!!!!

I tried the free face animation version for a week and was happy with some of the results. So, I decided to purchase the full, one time, Pro Version to get the most of the app. I tried making my first AI animation of my parents hugging, (one passed in 2003) under a tab in the app, a window showing the animation is being created with a 4 minute countdown and a circle continually rotating. Close to the end of the countdown, a message says “Almost There”. Two and a half hours later, still the same message. I went to bed, woke up the next morning, went to the app, now there was a “?” mark in the top left of that window. When I touched it, I was directed to a email to their customer support. The top right of the window had a trash can symbol. I touched that and the window of the video that was never created disappeared. I contacted customer support and they said AI is very complex and it could take 4 hours to create an animation! 4 HOURS TO CREATE A FEW SECOND ANIMATION?!?! My friends will be shocked alright! I tried a couple of times on both my iPad and iPhone with the same result, not once being able to create an animation. Do not purchase, use whatever feature they give you for free. Requesting a refund from Apple.
