So if you buy the printer you have to buy a monthly subscription that will slowly increase until you are not able to print without those purchases. Normally you buy the ink prior to using it which is fair in price depending how much ink you use but again a monthly subscription. The only way to use your printer is if you buy a weekly or annual subscription ranging from $10/week-$70 for a yr. That’s where I am currently and can’t print frm ink already purchased unless I buy another thing. It’s ridiculous how this comp takes advantage of your business. Customer service is not easy to get ahold of and when you finally do, they’re rude l and not helpful unless you give your cc info, then they all of a sudden get helpful. Very disappointed with this buy, would not recommend

THIS IS NOT THE REAL APP! DOWNLOAD H.P.. THIS IS FRAUDULENT AND APPLE STORE SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. 30th in the business chart of apps? Completely unacceptable, Apple! I suggest to anyone that 1) if you even downloaded this nonsense go to report it to apple store and 2) report to BBB. And ****If you actually got ripped off **** get in touch w apple support and if they don't reimburse you for any moneys incurred from promoting this completely fraudulent and injurious app to this extent I would recommend at least threatening legal action. I wish there was a way I could share my email but I believe that Wil get me removed right quick if this isn't removed immediately anyways. Apple, you should be ashamed bc read these reviews! These poor people are not only paying money for "premium" services it appears they are sending these con artists moneys for ink, etc. Apple app services, these people (as in a company is a person) are despicable and I would enjoin you to at least shut them out of the app store if not more legal actions towards them. They are leaving you open to legal issues you could easily squash I'm sure but people trust the app store (with the caveat IF it's on the top charts with 60k reviews with 4! Stars which is obviously faked) to not allow fraud to this degree and to promote said fraud!

I have never learned to use this app. Now, I’m not even sure what it’s purpose is. It keeps on asking me for a printer and when I select the printer - my only printer- the printer appears one moment and then gone the next. Further, I receive reports of successful printing of imaginary faxes that do not exist to recipients that I have no knowledge of. On other days it tells me that it has unsuccessfully tried to send various faxes even though I have never requested a single fax to be sent. This is not only dysfunctional but confusing and a waste of time. I sincerely worry if this app is not stealing information and sending it to unknown parties. How else would it tell me of multiple pages being sent to an unknown sender when none exist as far as I know and no recipient has ever been selected? In addition, you cannot send in a review unless you select a handle or a name to be used and I have put in the most remote and complicated names time after time after time and they were all taken. Not even the US government has so many names that have already been used. This is ludicrous.
